Dr. Tressa Levenson always knew that she wanted to become a physician, and her love of helping care for women during important times in their lives prompted her to become an OB-GYN.

“What we do is very personal,” says Dr. Levenson. “Being able to experience these journeys with our patients is something most physicians do not get to experience.”

Dr. Levenson’s patients not only benefit from her passion for women’s care, but also find that she is caring and understanding, with a comforting bedside manner.

There are some special moments that stand out to Dr. Levenson from her years in medical school and residency, though one in particular will always be a favorite. She delivered not one, but two sets of twins on her birthday as she began her chief year of residency, an experience she says she will never forget.

Dr. Levenson appreciates that at Atlanta Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists, technology is utilized to give patients the best care possible, allowing them to stay in contact with their physician and access their medical records any time of the day.

When asked why she chose to work with Atlanta Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists, Dr. Levenson has this to say, “When I first met this group of doctors, it was like sitting down for a family get together. They are a warm, fun, and intelligent group of physicians, who I would want to have take care of me.”
